★ 1pinch nutmeg
★ black pepper 1pinch
★ 300 gGruyère cheese, grated (see note)
★ 300 g Emmental cheese, grated (see note)
★ 1 tbspcornflour
★ 1 tbsp kirsch to taste
★ 1 loaf day-old bread, cut into cubes, for dipping
The Process Of Making Swiss cheese fondue –
1. Rub the within of the caquelon with garlic, then add the wine, nutmeg, and pepper and produce to the boil.
